Grilled Lamb Chops or Leg of Lamb
1/4 cup red wine
1 Tbsp mixed fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme)
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1/8 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Combine all ingredients add to lamb and marinated for a few hours or overnight.
Grill lamb chops 2-3 minutes per side. Grill leg of lamb for approx 10-15 minutes per pound, turning every 15 minutes.
