We embrace the best of Burgundy’s "Viticulteur-Negociant" principles, crafting delicious wines from carefully-selected grapes and barrels we have “foraged” from like-minded artisans along the coast – along with delicious lots from our own cellars. Our selection process is demanding and democratic. We pay scant attention to provenance, reputation, clone or vineyard age. We look only toward creating small lots of cool-climate wines that are sublime.
