Grilled Salmon with Soy Ginger Marinade

Salmon recipeIngredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 clove of garlic crushed or finely minced.

Combine all ingredients and add salmon. Marinate for 2-4 hours. Grill 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve with Pey-Marin Vineyards Pinot Noir.
