Winemaker Notes
Crafted from old-vine Pinot Noir grown in the chilly Los Carneros appellation, this Vintage 2021 was hand-pruned, hand-picked and went through a delicate “champagne” press cycle yielding a meager 150 gallons per ton.
A long, cool, stainless steel fermentation accentuated its delicate aromatics. No oak and no malolactic kept the flavors pure and irresistible with a dry and clean finish.
